TapSuite provides digital loyalty card solutions for businesses, including system setup, digital card design, push notifications, customer tracking, campaign tools, and optional hardware.

Service Overview

Each subscription includes:

  • Support for one business location
  • Defined client capacity (per plan)
  • Custom branded loyalty cards
  • Push notification features
  • Admin/manager access
  • Physical promotional material
  • Optional loyalty tablet (see Section 5)

TapSuite may rely on third-party platforms to deliver certain features. TapSuite is not responsible for outages or downtime caused by external services.

Growth Plan – $99/month

  • 1 location
  • Up to 250 active clients
  • Unlimited push notifications
  • Up to 3 active loyalty cards
  • 10 manager seats
  • A5 sign + holder
  • Support via email & WhatsApp

Pro Plan – $149/month

  • 1 location
  • Unlimited clients
  • Unlimited push notifications
  • Up to 10 active loyalty cards
  • 50 manager seats
  • Loaned loyalty tablet (see Section 5)
  • Priority and technical support

If a payment fails:

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual discounts may be offered.

Usage Limitations

By using TapSuite, you agree to operate within your plan limits:

Client Limit

  • Growth Plan supports up to 250 active clients.
  • If you exceed this limit, TapSuite may:
    • Notify you
    • Restrict new customer registrations
    • Require an upgrade
  • If you refuse to upgrade, TapSuite reserves the right to cancel subscription renewal at the end of the current billing period.

Location Limit

  • Each subscription includes one physical business location.
  • Operating multiple venues requires a separate subscription or custom arrangement.
  • If you exceed the location limit and refuse to upgrade, TapSuite may cancel subscription renewal.

Active Cards

  • You may only publish the number of active cards included in your plan.
  • You may remove old cards to free up space.

TapSuite reserves the right to monitor account usage to ensure fair and appropriate use.

Billing, Payments & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
  • Payments are processed on the billing date you signed up.

Failed Payments

  • TapSuite may retry the payment several times.
  • After 7 days of non-payment, features may be restricted.
  • After 14 days, your service may be suspended or cancelled.

TapSuite does not provide refunds for:

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by emailing contact@tapsuite.com.au.
Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed:

  • TapSuite may immediately suspend or terminate your service
  • Hardware (if loaned) must be returned

Refunds

  • Change of mind
  • Unused time within a billing cycle
  • Setup fees or hardware fees
  • Subscription cancellations made partway through a billing period

Loyalty Tablet Loan (Pro Plan)

Pro subscribers may receive a tablet to support the loyalty program.

  • The tablet remains TapSuite property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • After 12 consecutive months on the Pro plan, TapSuite may grant permanent ownership at its discretion.
  • If service is cancelled before 12 months, you must return the tablet within 7 business days.
  • Loss, damage, or failure to return the tablet may result in a replacement fee.

Data & Privacy Responsibilities

TapSuite securely processes customer data as required to deliver the service.

Your responsibilities:

  • You must ensure your customers consent to receiving loyalty updates, messages, and push notifications.
  • You retain ownership of customer data collected through your business.
  • TapSuite does not use your customer data for marketing unless legally required or permitted.

Intellectual Property

  • All TapSuite branding, templates, system features, and digital card designs remain the intellectual property of TapSuite.
  • You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and other assets provided to TapSuite.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the system for spam, harassment, or misleading promotions
  • Fraudulently create or redeem loyalty rewards
  • Upload illegal or harmful content
  • Bypass plan limits or attempt to manipulate the platform

Modifications to Terms

Violations may result in suspension or cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

TapSuite is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Loss of revenue, profit, or customer data
  • Downtime caused by third-party software
  • User error, misuse, or unauthorised access
  • Business outcomes or marketing performance resulting from the loyalty program

TapSuite provides best-effort service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.

TapSuite may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
You will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice.

Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
